A while back I had a ZPhiB wheel that cracked, and was looking for a seller to do a custom item. When I reached out to Charles, he was very quick and responsive. He put together the design even better than the original. This item came out to beautiful!! I also ordered a shield & the seller threw in a free paddle. All items are stunning. Charles has been communicative, diligent, & meticulous throughout the entirety of this process. The custom design got done within a week, and the other items were completed and received within 2-3 weeks (during the holidays, I may add). These items are crisp, durable, and overall high quality.
