Why can't I give one million stars? Customer Service is more than the product! I wanted to get something special for someone this past weekend and of course I found the perfect gift the Sunday before I needed it on Etsy! I ordered it Express Delivery but saw that I wasn't going to get it until three days after I needed it. I reached out to the shop owner of Cire Creations Wa, Charles Eric Gatlin Jr. and very Bethany-like asked (in a pleading way) if he could send me the item by Sunday. He responded quickly and shared that he makes the items by hand but he will see what he can do. I got the item by Thursday and it was more than I could have anticipated. It was beautiful. THANK YOU, CHARLES! You went above and beyond.
